This policy applies to enrollments made with Satyadevi Institute for Financial Learning Pvt. Ltd. (“SIFL”).
1. Self-Learning Programs (LMS Access)
- A refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of enrollment.
- Refunds are applicable only if LMS login credentials have not been activated or accessed.
- Once login credentials are issued and accessed, the enrollment is considered consumed and non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or payment gateway charges.
2. Classroom Programs
- Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before program commencement may be eligible for refund after deducting administrative charges.
- Requests received within 7 days of program commencement may not be eligible for refund.
- Substitution of participant (within same organization) may be permitted upon written request.
3. Corporate / Institutional Programs
Corporate training programs are governed by separate contractual agreements. Refunds, postponements, and cancellation terms are defined within the respective corporate engagement contract.
4. Course Cancellation by SIFL
SIFL reserves the right to postpone or cancel a program due to:
- Insufficient enrollments
- Faculty unavailability
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, political disruptions, regulatory restrictions, etc.)
In such cases, participants may choose either:
- Full refund of fees paid, OR
- Adjustment toward a future batch
Refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.
5. Taxes & Charges
Applicable taxes and statutory charges will be handled in accordance with prevailing regulations. Payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted where applicable.
