For global exam preparation programs (such as ACI FMA or FMRP), SIFL provides training support only. Certification is awarded solely by the respective examining body upon successful completion of their official examination process.

3. Fees & Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Corporate agreements are governed by separate contractual terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All study materials, content, presentations, and training modules are the intellectual property of SIFL and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

SIFL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in training programs or use of website content.
