Welcome to the workshop on anger management. Anger management, to put it simply, is the process of managing your anger before it rules you. When anger spirals out of control, it can destroy a person's life, their career, and even their personal relationships. That being said, since everyone gets angry sometimes, it's critical to learn healthy coping mechanisms.
Participants will learn how to recognize anger causes, discover healthy ways to express anger, and defuse an angry person throughout this workshop. Eliminating the things that irritate you isn't always feasible. But it is possible to learn how to control and efficiently control your anger.
