Bullying prevention training is critical in fostering an inclusive and safe workplace for all employees.
The Workplace Bullying training will teach you about your company’s responsibilities for avoiding bullying, as well as the consequences of bullying. It discusses what to do if you are being bullied or observe someone else being bullied. It will also specify what measures should be done if it is found that workers are not following the company’s policy.
