Elementor #5905
Conflict is inevitable whenever two or more people come together. This workshop will teach participants a seven-step conflict resolution procedure that they can use and adapt to handle conflicts of any size. Your participants will also be taught a set of techniques for problem solving and establishing common ground.
The Conflict Resolution program will teach participants important conflict resolution skills such as dealing with rage and using the Agreement Frame. Dealing with disagreement is critical for any company, no matter its size. If it is not addressed or handled, it can result in lost productivity, absences, attrition, and even lawsuits.
