Workplace Harassment
A person may be harassed because of their race, sex, or disability, among other reasons. Being in an uncomfortable situation at work could be more than just a bad experience—it could even be illegal. This fact alone makes the subject matter crucial for all organizations. Our Workplace Harassment program will provide attendees the tools to spot harassment when it occurs. It will help them understand their rights and obligations, and promote a safe environment for everybody. Your participants will learn from this program that it is essential for everyone to recognize harassment and follow anti-harassment guidelines.
