Women leaders share certain abilities, perspectives, and qualities that are critical to building a more just society, and their leadership has been shown to be a potent force for good in the globe. Gender stereotypes, bias, and underrepresentation are just a few of the obstacles that women in leadership roles still face, despite the progress made by women over the years. Not only is it important to recognize the value of women in leadership, but it's also a necessary first step in building a more equitable and inclusive society for all.
