Being A Likeable Boss
Being A Likeable Boss
It's possible for everyone to get better at being likeable. Having a good reputation and being a powerful person might lead to some difficult situations. Through this course, your participants will be able to identify potential conflict areas and gain the knowledge and skills necessary to resolve them.
Our Being a Likeable Boss session will demonstrate that the most important skills for your participant to develop better relationships with their staff are honesty and trust. Gaining the trust of your team through delegation, rejection of micromanagement, and acceptance of feedback can set up your participants for success in becoming more likable managers.
